We want you to feel beautiful in your new dress, so if it’s not 100% perfect, we’re here to help! We offer online credits or exchanges on all full-priced purchases, so you can wear the Bariano piece with confidence. Submit you return form HERE. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds at the moment. 

Our policy grants online credit if you return the item within 21 days of Order Fulfilment. This applies in cases such as sizing or fit issues, quality concerns, changes of mind, or event cancellations. All online credits are exclusive to online orders only and cannot be used in store. All online credits expire 1 calendar year from date of issue.

Return shipping costs will be incurred by the customer unless the garment is deemed faulty before return. To inquire about faulty eligibility, please email a photo to online@bariano.com.au and not our returns portal.

All prices on our website are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars.

Any order received after 10 am AEST will be processed the next business day. Please count the quoted delivery period in consideration of this.

• Auspost will deliver to your nominated address between 9 am and 5 pm on business days, excluding public holidays.
