NEW STORE OPENING - EMPORIUM, VIC, AUSTRALIA
Store Manager.
- Directly responsible for achieving store sales targets and KPI performance.
- Responsible for rostering, recruitment, supervision, performance management, and employee coaching/development.
- Responsible for creating a full client experience, demonstrating a strong sense of sales/styling/product knowledge skills whilst developing new client relationships and maintaining existing ones.
- Management and direction of the shop floor inclusive of visual merchandising, stock control, cleanliness, and general store presentation at all times.
- Maintaining a positive representation of Bariano as a brand at all times in line with company values and aesthetics
- A desire to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients contributing to a positive, dynamic and calm atmosphere.
- Retail management experience with a fashion background essential (2 years minimum)
- Strong communication, interpersonal and networking skills.
- Willingness to work to a flexible schedule, potentially in other locations throughout the business.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure, constantly busy environment.
- Competency in computer skills inclusive of excel, google drive.
- An enthusiastic understanding and love of the Bariano product offering
